1. How long does delivery take?
Our delivery time is typically 9 to 15 days, with an additional 3 days for order processing. Please note that in rare cases, orders might take longer due to shipping delays or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


2. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
While we take care to package every product securely, sometimes the packaging may suffer minor damage during transit. However, the product inside is carefully protected and will remain unaffected. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to contact us if there are concerns.


3. Can I return a product?
Unfortunately, product returns are not available. However, we do offer refunds if you contact us within 20 days of purchase.


4. How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please email us at support@humichill.com with your order details. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or PayPal.


5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as payments via PayPal.


6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to locations across Europe.


7. When will I receive my tracking number?
After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed (which may take up to 3 days), you will receive another email with your tracking number. Please note that delays in processing may occur, and tracking information might be available a few days after the order confirmation.
